The VCC online help for the CTI Adapter for Salesforce, the CTI Adapter Zendesk, and the CTI Adapter for NetSuite is available to licensed users via the User Interface of the VCC Dashboard application. If you do not have access to the application, contact your Account Representative or System Administrator.
