Upload user calling profiles and mailboxes
If you have already have a list of calling profile IDs or mailbox numbers, or have provisioned users in Genesys Administrator or Configuration Manager, you can use the Upload function to import the calling profile IDs and mailbox numbers into Feature Server.
- Create comma-separated values (CSV) files in each of the following formats:
- Username,Calling Profile ID (example: john.doe,5d754939-0ef8-344f-a23a-5d7549391111)
- Username,Mailbox Number (example: john.doe,10091)
- Log into the Feature Server administration Web application as an administrator (<Feature Server IP address>:<port>/fs/admin).
- Click User > Upload.
- To add calling profiles or mailbox numbers without overwriting the existing values for the user, uncheck Overwrite existing calling profile or mailbox.
- To upload a set of calling profile IDs, click Upload User Calling Profiles and select the first CSV file you created above. The results of the upload appear below.
- To upload a set of mailbox numbers, click Upload User Mailboxes and select the second CSV file you created above. The results of the upload appear below.
