Genesys Interaction SDK

Interaction SDK historically started as an Agent Interaction Layer and is now moving toward handling the entire life cycle of an interaction. Although this SDK was first released as an object-based library interface for agent interactions implemented in native Java language, it is also available as a set of web services exposed through the Genesys Interface Server (GIS).

Interaction SDK is intended for customers developing thick or thin client agent desktop applications associated with Genesys software implementations as well as for server-side integration between Genesys software and third-party software. It is also used by Genesys Partners and internal developers.

Important
Interaction SDK 7.6 reached End of Support (EOS) on May 31, 2021. It entered End of Life (EOL) on May 31, 2019 and End of Maintenance on November 30, 2020. If you have questions, contact your account representative.
