Performance Management Advisors Administration

The administration module is a component of Genesys Performance Management Advisors, and displays as a tab in the Advisors interface. You use the administration module to configure and administer the following:

• Frontline Advisor
• Contact Center Advisor
• Workforce Advisor

Display of the administration module is controlled by permissions and privileges, based on roles (role-based access control). The definition of roles, and the permissions associated with each, can be unique to your enterprise. To view the administration module, you must have sufficient access privileges.
