What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 on Podman. See the Genesys Interaction Recording page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference for more detailed information and a list of all supported operating systems. (GIR-34107)
• GIR Voice Processor uses OpenSSL 3.x (upgraded from OpenSSL 1.1.1) for TLS support.
• GIR Voice Processor supports PostgreSQL 16.4. For more details on migrating data from old versions, refer the PostgreSQL official documentation.
