If the MCP is offering the SDP or answering the SDP where the offer does not have the ptime, the ptime attribute will be set according to this configuration.
This configuration is also used as the transmission rate of this codec when the remote SDP does not specify the ptime attribute. Note that transmission rate will default to 20ms if this configuration is disabled.
If disabled (0), ptime attribute will not be sent unless the SDP offer had the ptime attribute.
In the case where the other codecs in the SDP also specify the configured ptime, the configuration of the codec listed before this codec will take precedence.
