Valid Values: Can be an empty string or a valid list of IP addresses separated by space.

List of public addresses, such as the Amazon Elastic IP addresses, with a one-to-one mapping with
the local addresses specified using mpc.ice.localaddresses. Space is used to separate any two addresses.
When an SDP candidate attribute is generated for the host candidate corresponding to a local
address specified, the address part will be replaced by the corresponding value in this list.
Note that the port will remain the same as the one from the host candidate.
If there is no matching entry in this list for a local address, then the local address itself
will be used in the candidate attribute.
