Valid Values: A number between 0 and 16
Changes Take Effect: At start/restart

This parameter specifies maximum latency of the h264 decoder in frames. If set to 0, the h264 decoder latency is not limited, and will be set to an internally calculated value. The default value is 3 (frames).
