Valid Values: An integer between 0 and 100
Changes Take Effect: At start/restart

Specifies the percent threshold of GRPC stuck ASR worker threads. Once the threshold is reached, MCP will start the process of graceful shutdown. Default is 0, meaning no such a threshold is set.
