PDMColumnFormat GIMDesc

Formatting template used by Template:PDMColumnQuery to format the column descriptions on GIM/PSAAS/RAA table pages. This template parallels Template:PDMColumn.dpl3, the formatting template used by the previous DPL query.

Following a decision made in January 2019 with the release of Co-browse in GIM 8.5.011.22, the display suppresses the "application data attribute" ({{{xpath}}} in published docs.
