PDMRefDPL

This DPL template constructs the table of references from a child table so that they're visible on the table page in the Library book, for writer convenience. It uses the phantom template Template:PDMRef.dpl2. It is called by the template that controls formatting of the table pages in the Library book (Template:PDMTable).
