Continue to call the RTME_Actions_Lightbox template in the same way, except for the ReadMe/Library book, where you must specify an additional parameter to indicate the released version.

The link inside the lightbox uses the following rules:

For regular docs: RTME docs use PONYDOCSVERSION, which means the version of the linked-to User’s Guide page will match the page containing the lightbox call; all other products switch based on Ponydocs status, with released going to the latest version and unreleased/preview going to hard-coded 8.5DRAFT. In the RN, the version will switch based on Ponydocs status, with released going to the latest version and unreleased/preview going to x.xDRAFT, where x.x is extracted from the RN version (so, e.g., User’s Guide 8.5DRAFT is constructed from RN version 8.5.xDRAFT). Presumably, it’s extremely unlikely that any other product will use the Actions lightbox link on an RN page with a two-digit version for which there is no UG draft, but if they do, the worst that will happen is that the link won’t work in the draft version of their RN. In content transcluded to the landing page, especially Library book pages used in the ReadMe, you must specify an additional parameter called “rel”, where rel is the released version the link needs to use. You can use "latest" if necessary.
