What is Universal Workflow Solution?
Universal Workflow Solution is a solution containing a set of configurable components that integrate Exigen Workflow and Genesys CIM Platform systems in a call center environment to provide a blended delivery of interactions to agents according to call center business rules. Exigen Universal Process Link interacts with Genesys CIM Platform using Open Media interfaces.
