Voice Treatment

What is Voice Treatment?

Genesys Voice Treatment Option (VTO) is an innovative client-server application that works with Genesys Enterprise Routing to apply pre-routing information collection and queue-call treatments to incoming calls. It is fully integrated within the Genesys framework.
