What is Reporting and Analytic Aggregates?
Reporting and Analytic Aggregates (RAA) is an optional Genesys Info Mart process that GIM-only users can add to an existing GIM environment to create and populate predefined aggregation tables and views within an 8.1 Genesys Info Mart. This aggregation process is essential for Genesys Interactive Insights (GI2) environments.
