Configuring SIP Cluster

Implementing the SIP Cluster solution requires several basic steps:

1. Complete prerequisites, including planning, hardware, and installation of Framework software and supported applications.
2. Configure the cluster components:
   • Cluster Switch
   • SIP Server
   • SIP Proxy
   • SIP Feature Server
   • SIP Feature Server
   • Stat Server
3. Deploy the supported applications that you selected during the planning stage, which include:
   • Interaction Workspace
   • Historical Reporting
