What is Interaction Workspace?

Interaction Workspace is a smart-client application that provides agents and knowledge workers with non-intrusive access to the information, processes, and applications that they need to perform their jobs more efficiently and to ensure increased customer satisfaction.

This documentation gives you the information that you need to use the Interaction Workspace agent desktop applications.

Main View

The Main View enables you to:

• Manage your status.
• Launch new interactions by using the Team Communicator.
• View your messages.
• Accept or decline inbound interactions by using the Interaction Preview.
