Genesys Outbound enables clients to administer and manage their outbound campaigns through an easy-to-use, intuitive web-based user interface. The UI is designed to enable administrators and supervisors to quickly and simply create and manage comprehensive outbound contact strategies, manage multiple contact lists and create and apply various compliance rules.
