What is Workspace Web Edition?
Workspace Web Edition is a smart-client application that provides agents and knowledge workers with non-intrusive access to the information, processes, and applications that they need to perform their jobs more efficiently and to ensure increased customer satisfaction.

Main View
The Main View enables you to:

- Launch new interactions by using the Team Communicator.
- View your system messages.
- Accept or decline inbound interactions by using the Interaction Preview.
