Architecture

This section contains some examples of deployments of Intelligent Automation framework and validated Database Management System (DBMS) architecture in a high-availability (HA) architecture.

Important
The Genesys Intelligent Automation load balancer is not currently supported for use with the VUI Server; it only supports the Messaging Server and Integration Hub. External load balancers must be placed between the MCP and the Genesys Intelligent Automation environment. Once the external load balancer calls a start page, the VUI Server responds directly to the MCP and the load balancer is no longer used for that session.
