Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
The driver now ignores empty alert messages that are sent by Chat Server. Previously, the driver processed these messages and treated them as error messages. (MSGA-1267)
The driver now sends a notification to the agent if the customer closed the conversation. (MSGA-1135)
The driver now correctly reconnects to Genesys Hub if the connection is dropped. (MSGA-1134)
Basic authentication over HTTP is now supported between the driver and proxy server. (MSGA-2121)
Upgrade Notes
No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 9.0.002.05.
