TestPDMSubjAreaPageFormat

Formatting template to format Subject Area pages in the customer-facing manuals, parallelling the formatting defined in Template:PDMs_SubjectArea for Library pages. This template is called by the SubjArea query in Template:PDMPageQuery. The template calls a sub-query, Template:PDMSubjAreaQuery, to populate the list of tables/views in the subject area.
