3. Login workspace employee #1 with this skill profile. (Which skill profile?)
4. Login employee #2 with this skill profile.
5. Make employee #1 ready.
6. Three minutes after receipt, the workitem will be routed to employee #1.
7. Open the workitem.
8. Transfer the workitem to queue 2. (first mention of queues - pls expand).
9. Disposition the workitem.
10. View the transfer in real time reporting. (Where?)
11. Open the workitem with queue 2.
12. Disposition the workitem.
13. Wait for 15 minutes.
14. Check that the interaction appears in the historical dashboard. (Where?)
