Miscellaneous

• History Node and History Node clusters can only support one Tenant. For multi-tenant configurations, a separate History Node instance is needed for each Tenant.
• iWD Data Mart does not support horizontal scalability. Possible mitigations include:
  • Scaling the application vertically.
  • Splitting the business structure into solutions.

Migration

• Migration of data from iWD Data Mart 8.5 to iWD Data Mart 9.0 is not supported due to schema changes. Task history migration is supported for tasks that are still in the Interaction Server database.
• Please note that after switching from iWD Data Mart 8.5.1 to 9.0 (up to release 9.0.012 inclusively), TOTAL_PENDING_TASK_COUNT and TOTAL_OVERDUE_TASK_COUNT metrics in the following aggregate tables:
  • TASK_AGE_FACT
  • TASK_CLASSIF_FACT
  • TASK_CAPT_FACT
  • TASK_QUEUE_FACT

  may represent incorrect numbers for initial intervals. The issue will be fixed after iWD Data Mart gets updates for every task in backlog and calculates aggregates (for example, it will happen when the backlog is re-prioritized and corresponding events are processed by iWD Data Mart ETL).
