WFM Data Aggregator now saves performance records for deferred activities when both the Interaction Volume and Backlog statistics are defined. Previously, under certain conditions, Data Aggregator failed to write the performance records for this activity type. (WFM-33359)

On August 3, 2021, a new software build WFM Data Aggregator 8.5.217.01 b2 was made available which includes support for Windows Server 2019. If you previously downloaded 8.5.218.18 b1 (July 22, 2021) and want Windows 2019 support, be sure to download the latest build.
