What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- Support for Windows Server 2019. See the Genesys Co-browse page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide for more detailed information and a list of all supported operating systems. (CB-7591)
- Support for proxy with authentication that can be set with two new configuration options: [cobrowse] proxyLogin and [cobrowse] proxyPassword. Other proxy settings were not changed and can be set using the Windows proxy setting. (CB-7529)
- You can now define a customer InteractionId field name in the user attached data that GCXI will extract instead of the default Interaction Id.
Support for GCXI to extract a custom InteractionId field name in the user attached data.
Specifies a custom InteractionId field name in the user attached data. GCXI Reporting will extract this custom InteractionId instead of using the default InteractionId.
You can now define a custom Interaction ID field name in user attached data from which It will be taken for reporting instead of standard mechanism. Base algorithm still should be used if custom field is not present in attached data. It can be set in WDE configuration as [cobrowse]/customInteractionId=<DataFieldName> (CB-7575)
