Recording Scheduler Rules

  1. Using Genesys Administrator Extension, navigate to Administration > Recording Lifecycle Scheduler. The Recording Scheduler Location screen appears.

    This screen lists the Web Services node paths, and the rules associated with each.

  2. Select the GSW Node Path to view the details of the rules applied to the node.

Creating a Rule

  1. Click file:Gir_sched_add.png to open the Rule Details dialog:

  2. Enter Name.
  3. Select Enable.
  4. Select the time, in UTC, to run the rule.
  5. To add a new task to the rule, click file:Gir_sched_add.png. The New dialog apprears:

  6. Select the Type.
  7. Fill in the Filters and Parameters. To add a new parameter, click file:Gir_sched_add_parameter.png.
  8. Click OK.

To move the order of the task in the Rules Details window, select one of the directional arrows. To delete the task, click file:Gir_sched_delete.png. To edit the task, click file:Gir_sched_edit.png.

Click OK to add the new Rule.
