Recording Lifecycle Scheduler Parameters

The following table lists and describes the settings and parameters for each Recording Scheduler screen:

	Rules	The list of rules that are applied to the Web Services Node.
Recording Scheduler Rules	Name	The name of the rule.		BackupRule
	Enabled	Specifies, by a check mark, whether the Rule is enabled.
	Schedule	Specifies the the time, in UTC, when the Rule will execute.
	Task	Specifies the list of tasks that are included in the Rule.
Rule Details	Name	Specifies the name of the Rule.
	Enabled	Specifies whether to enable the Rule for the node.
	Repeat Daily At:	Specifies the time, in UTC, when the Rule will execute.
	Tasks	Specifies the list of tasks that included with the Rule.
New	Filter Type	The type of recording file.	You can choose either voice or screen.	voice
	MIN Age	Specifies the minimum age, in days, that the recording file must be before being considered for the task. If set to 0, the task selects records with a minimum age of 0.	0	30
	MAX Age	Specifies the maximum age, in days, that the recording file must be before being considered for the task. If set to 0, the task selects records with an unrestricted maximum age.	0	40
	Parameters Location: Specifies the URL to where the backup/archive files are to be stored. The URL must start with file://.If not specified, the recording files are exported to the location specified in the server settings. Next Task: Specifies whether to continue executing the next task if the current task fails. This parameter it not enabled by default. Include Screen Recording: If enabled, after filtering the voice recordings, the same action (purge or backup) is executed on the corresponding screen recording. This parameter it not enabled by default.
