Workforce Management 8.5 Product Alerts

• The Workforce Management Configuration Wizards are no longer supported and are not included on the WFM 8.5 DVD. In addition, the procedures that describe how to install WFM components by using the wizards are no longer documented.

Tip

You can continue to use the Configuration Wizards to install WFM 8.1 components. Find these installation procedures in the Workforce Management 8.1 Administrator's Guide.
