What is Genesys SIP Voicemail?

Genesys SIP Voicemail is a SIP-based voicemail solution for Genesys contact centers. It allows callers to leave voicemail messages, and agents to retrieve and manage those messages.

Important: Genesys SIP Voicemail 8.1.0 and 8.1.1 have been renamed Genesys SIP Feature Server 8.1.0 and 8.1.1. The functionality of these releases has not changed.
