How to Provision IVR Profiles

• Self-service provisioning of IVR Profiles and DIDs, to DID Group mapping.
• Safeguard a customer's custom-provisioned DIDs--others may not use or change.

PREREQUISITES

• GVP_IVR_PROFILE_UPDATE permission

• GAX > Configuration > Voice Platform > Voice Platform Profiles > Voice IVR Profile > Voice Platform tab

• The fields on the IVR Profile Configuration page: o Initial Page URL – need description o Alternate Page URL – need description DID group assignment configuration also available (See Assign DID groups to IVR profiles).
