How to Provision IVR Profiles

You can use the GAX Reporting??? plugin to assign DID groups to the IVR profiles.

• ProvisionIVR Profiles and map DIDs to DID Groups.
• Safeguard a customer's custom-provisioned DIDs—others may not use or change.

PREREQUISITES

• GVP_IVR_PROFILE_UPDATE permission

START HERE
GAX > Configuration > Voice Platform > Voice Platform Profiles > Voice IVR Profile > Voice Platform tab

Complete these fields on the IVR Profile Configuration page:

• Initial Page URL (required)
• Alternate Page URL (optional)
