Provision IVR Profiles Yourself!

How to "Self-Service" Provision IVR Profiles

You can use the GAX plugin to assign DID groups to the IVR profiles. Use this new functionality to:

• Provision IVR Profiles.
• Map DIDs to DID Groups.
• Safeguard a customer's your custom-provisioned DIDs—others may not use or change your provisioning.

PREREQUISITES

• GVP_IVR_PROFILE_UPDATE permission

START HERE

1. Go to this GUI<???>: GAX > Configuration > Voice Platform > Voice Platform Profiles > Voice IVR Profile > Voice Platform tab
2. Provision this IVR Profile by completing these fields on the IVR Profile Configuration page:
   • Initial Page URL (required)
   • Alternate Page URL (optional)
3. Configure DID group assignments (See Assign DID groups to IVR profiles. WHERE? I CANNOT FIND.). Click the Plus (+) under list current list of DID Groups (which may be empty) to add a new DID Group.
