JD comment: Steve, all the options in this section are hidden. I suggest you either delete this page or else replace the template calls below with a statement to the effect that there is a configuration section called "session", but the options aren't documented because customers aren't supposed to use them except under the direction of Customer Care. If you decide to delete the page, in addition to removing it from the TOC, also edit the main CTI Connector page to remove the line for this section.
