Consult the Genesys Migration Guide about migrating to earlier versions. This document covers migrations from version 8.1.7 and higher. If you are starting with an earlier version, you must first migrate to 8.1.7, as described in the Genesys Migration Guide. Then migrate to 8.5 as described here.
