Before You Begin Using the User Manager

Before you start using the User Manager to perform administration tasks, review the information on this page to get a full understanding of the product. The intended audience for this guide are administrators that are responsible for creating and managing user accounts, configuring the call center settings, and assigning global settings to agent groups.

Web Browser Requirements

The User Manager interface is accessed by a web browser. The following browsers are supported:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 and 11
  • Google Chrome 30+
  • Firefox 31+

Configuration Server Permissions

For you to be able to configure your call center, you must have the following Read/Write Access permissions:

  • /Access Groups
  • /Agent Groups
  • /Applications/CloudCluster
  • /Business Attributes
  • /Persons
  • /Places
  • /Skills
  • /Switches
