Migrating Gplus Adapter from classic mode to console mode
Intro
- Log in to Salesforce with Administrator profile
- Go to Setup
- Search for Call Center
- Click + to expand Gplus Configuration

- Click Clone.

- Enter the following values:

| Internal Name | Can be anything (limit to 40 chars, must start with letters) |
| Display Name | Can be anything (limit to 40 chars, must start with letters) |
| CTI Adapter URL | https://host:port/ui/crm-workspace/index.html |
| Softphone Height | 325 |
| Softphone Width | 850 |
- Go to the Whitelist Genesys domain in App Setup

- In example here we are using “Sample Console”, choose the Application for their Salesforce deployment.

- Click Edit, scroll down to Whitelist Domains, and add the Genesys domain here. The
- The Port field is not necessary if default port is use (443).
- Click Save before closing Salesforce.
