What is Genesys Administrator?
Genesys Administrator is a Web-based product that simplifies operation management with the ability to provision, deploy, and monitor all Genesys applications. This documentation set should give you most of the information you need in order to deploy Genesys Administrator and customize its companion product, Genesys Administrator Extension. Genesys Administrator Extension is the next generation of Genesys Administrator and adds more flexibility and support for additional platforms, along with an improved user interface.
