- Increased number of available personalities—In single-tenant configurations, the number of personalities available to Audio Resource IDs has been increased from 100 to 1000, with the range increasing from 0-99 to 0-999.
Warning: Use this option with extreme caution.
- Bulk provisioning of configuration objects and object data—You can now create and manage configuration options and object data by preparing new and changed information off-line in a comma-separated value (.csv) file and uploading the file into GAX. You can also download the same information from GAX into a CSV file, and use that file as the template for the import file, or for other downstream processing as desired. This import and export of configuration options is available for all object types, while the import and export of object data is available to only a limited set of objects types.
- Visible Agent counter—The Agents view now displays the total number of agents associated with the Tenant and available for display, the number of agents selected by a filter (if any) applied to that list, and the number of agents selected for editing (if any).
- Retained sort order and filter results—After editing an agent or an Audio Resource, the sort order and filter results of the list from which the object was selected for editing are retained. The modified record is displayed in its proper place in the sorted list, so no scrolling is needed to view it.
- Support for gzip compression for static files—This can significantly decrease the time it takes to load data.
- Improved bulk provisioning of Agents—Use the import/export functionality to create and maintain Agent data in a spreadsheet.
- Bulk assignment of Skills to multiple Agents—Assign Skills and associated ratings to multiple Agents with one click. You can also create and assign a new Skill within a single view.
- Enhanced secure connections for Solution Deployment—You can now configure Mutual TLS on connections between Genesys Deployment Agent and the GAX server.
