What's New
- The System Status tab now displays an overview of Genesys Hub and connectors statuses separately. Users can view a summary of number of ongoing/closed issues, number of downtime events, and the percentage of uptime in Genesys Hub for the last 30, 90, and 360 days. The System Status tab no longer displays the issues in Facebook and Twitter Connectors after 4 days of their closure in the running log of changes.
- The connectors status page now includes the status of Apple Business Chat connector also. Additionally, the complete history of changes is retained and made available to the users for connectors status page.
ImportantAll logged-in users can view the Genesys Hub status page but, only super/staff users can view the connectors status page.
