Deploying SIP Cluster

Deploying the SIP Cluster solution requires completing the following steps:

1. Complete prerequisites, including planning, hardware, and installation of Framework software and supported applications.
2. Verify that you have the required minimum Genesys component versions.
3. Configure the cluster components:
   • Cluster Switch, DN objects
   • SIP Server
   • SIP Proxy
   • SIP Feature Server
   • Stat Server
   • ?
4. Configure Virtual Queue components:AF:I propose to separate config description of Cluster and VQ into separate topics
   • VQ Switch, DN objects
   • SIP Server
5. Deploy the supported applications that you selected during the planning stage, which include:
   • Workspace Web Edition
   • Historical Reporting
   • Outbound?
