Deploying SIP Cluster

Deploying the SIP Cluster solution requires completing the following steps:

1. Complete prerequisites, including planning, hardware, and installation of Framework software and supported applications.
2. Verify that you have the required minimum Genesys component versions.
3. Configure Switch and DN objects.
4. Configure the cluster core components:
   • SIP Server
   • SIP Proxy
   • SIP Feature Server
   • Stat Server
   • ?
5. Configure Virtual Queue (VQ) components:
   • Switch and DN objects
   • SIP Server
6. Deploy the supported applications that you selected during the planning stage, which include:
   • Workspace Web Edition
   • Historical Reporting
   • Outbound?
   • ?
