Prerequisites

Before configuring your SIP Cluster environment, you must complete the following tasks:

1. Plan and set up the required hardware and network to serve the size, features, and distribution of your data and call centers.
2. Configure DNS Server.
3. Deploy Genesys Single-Tenant Framework.
4. Deploy Genesys Administrator Extension.
5. Deploy and configure all required supported applications and any optional supported applications you have selected.

Java Requirements

You have installed Java JDK 1.7.0_51-b13 or later.

• Add JAVA_HOME to /etc/environment
