Configuring GVP

Genesys Voice Platform (GVP) provides the media services for contact center interactions.

Install and configure the GVP solution as described in the GVP 8.5 Deployment Guide.

Configuring Resource Managers

Configure the following in an active-active RM pair:

Server Info tab:

Configure the following ports:

• SIP Proxy application port

Connections tab:

• SIP Proxy 1

In the second RM pair, add connection to SIP Proxy 2 ?

Connection parameters:

• logical-resource-section=GWGroup_Tenant_<TENANT_ID>;aor=sip:<SIP-PROXY_SRV-FQDN>;redundancy-type=active;port-capacity=10000"

Options tab:

[GWGroup_Tenant_<TENANT_ID>]

• load-balance-scheme=round-robin

• service-types=gateway
• port-usage-type=in-and-out
