Workspace API

• Workspace API (also referred to as Agent API) is available for creating custom agent desktop applications.

Statistics API

• Statistics API is now available for building custom integrations which require statistics.

Provisioning API

• Provisioning API is now available for building provisioning integrations.

Authentication API

• Authentication API is now available, and required for use with all other PureEngage Cloud APIs.
