This release contains the following resolved issues:

Media Control Platform (MCP) no longer terminates unexpectedly in the race condition between call termination and a transfer audio fetch. (GVP-35855)

The Music on Hold (MOH) music files in the on_hold_saas folder are now played correctly regardless of the negotiated codec. Previously, MOH files were not played correctly when the negotiated codec was not the same as the MCP default codec. (GVP-36116)

MCP no longer uses the session learned routeset when generating a re-INVITE.  Instead, MCP uses the learned routeset within the dialog. (GVP-35823)

MCP no longer crashes if the maximum elements fetched in the JSON file exceeds the limit. (GVP-34516)
