Altocloud 9.0.0 is currently available as a Restricted Release. For more information please contact your local Genesys representative.
Altocloud 9.0.0 includes the following new features:
- Agent Pacing Service is a new component of the Altocloud architecture, and can be integrated into an existing premise-based Genesys contact center infrastructure. The main features provided by Agent Pacing Service include:
- Works with Genesys Stat Server to calculate the number of engagement invitations that Altocloud can reliably offer to website visitors. This number is based on the use of a pacing algorithm that takes into account contact center statistics and the status of ongoing engagements.
- Provides Altocloud with a list of eligible routing targets (Agent Groups and virtual queues), for use in engagement actions initiated through Genesys Widgets.
- Built on top of Jetty version jetty-9.4.9.v20180320
- Supports the use of a forward proxy to connect to Altocloud.
