What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- The Co-browse Workspace Desktop Edition (WDE) plug-in can now handle more than two parallel Co-browse sessions. (CB-5998)
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
If agent entered Co-browse session ID manually and clicked "Join" button twice fast enough, the plugin would not join the session and instead would show an error "Session is invalid or expired". (CB-6021)
If
- agent had more than one active chat interaction,
- [cobrowse]agentSessionsLimit option was set to "1",
- one of the interactions had an ongoing Co-browse session,
- and the user started a Co-browse session in another interaction,
then the ongoing Co-browse session would terminate. (CB-5961)
Co-browse WDE plugin occasionally caused WDE to crash if load balancing for Co-browse was misconfigured. (CB-5943)
Upgrade Notes
