After the ClickOnce installation or upgrade the Agent will not be able to login and will see an error message until WDE is restarted.
It's is possible to remove this error by modifying the InteractionWorkspaceDeploymentManagerInteractionWorkspaceDeploymentManager.exe.config file prior to preparing the ClickOnce package.
