Accessing your Genesys PureEngage Cloud applications

The Genesys Portal is your single point of access to the applications within Genesys PureEngage Cloud.

Get started with Genesys Portal

Use your browser to access the Genesys Portal landing page (your Administrator or Supervisor will provide the link).

You will only see the applications you are authorized to access. For example, as an agent, you will see applications such as Agent Desktop and Workforce Management.

  • To open an application, click its tile and provide any required login details, such as your user name, password, extension, and so on.
  • To get help, click [?].

Using the Genesys Single Sign-On feature

Genesys Single Sign-On (SSO) is an optional feature that allows you to access multiple applications with a single username and password. Once you are signed in to the Portal, you can open SSO-supported applications without having to re-enter your login information.

If single sign-on is enabled, you will receive the link to the SSO-enabled Portal from your Administrator, Manager, or Supervisor. Sign in using your assigned credentials (you might also have to accept the Terms and Conditions of Service before proceeding).

The applications shown on the SSO-enabled Portal landing page are determined by your user role. For example, as an Agent, you will only see the applications that Agents have access to.

  • To open an application, click its tile.
  • To get help, click [?].
  • To sign-out, close any open windows and exit the web browser.
